RETURN & REFUND POLICY – VAYRAA

At VAYRAA, we focus on delivering premium quality. Due to the nature of our products, returns are limited to ensure fairness and product integrity.


1. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • You provide clear unboxing video proof (mandatory)

❗ No unboxing video = no return claim
(This protects us from false claims)


2. Non-Returnable Cases

We do NOT accept returns or refunds for:

  • Size issues (please check size chart before ordering)
  • Change of mind
  • Slight color variation (due to lighting/screens)
  • Worn, washed, or used products

3. Exchange Policy (Recommended instead of refunds)

  • We offer size exchange (one time only)
  • Customer must pay return shipping charges
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued if:
    • Product is out of stock for exchange, OR
    • Replacement cannot be provided
  • Refunds will be processed to:
    • Original payment method OR
    • Store credit (preferred option)

⏱ Processing time: 5–7 business days


5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer (except defective item cases)

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

7. Important Notes

  • All items go through strict quality checks before shipping
  • VAYRAA reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions
